Tenant maintenance request

Please fill in the form below & provide as much information as possible. This form is for reporting all non-emergency repair. For non-emergency maintenance requests kindly complete and submit the form below. Your request will be sent to XYZ Property Management for processing. During normal business hours if you have not heard from us within 48 hours after submitting your request, please follow up your request by calling our offices.

Please note that we aim for maintenance and repairs to be carried out in accordance with the level of priority as listed below:

PRIORITY LEVEL ONE WITHIN 24 HOURS

PRIORITY LEVEL TWO WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS

PRIORITY LEVEL THREE WITHIN 14-28 WORKING DAYS

In the case of an emergency (Priority Level One) telephone the office immediately on 0161 436 5556 during working hours. In the event that the offices are closed, you will either be diverted or provided with an emergency number.

Please do not call out of hours unless you have a genuine Emergency.
